  • We're pleased to announce that our good friend and sometime vocalist Neil Blumofe has released his very first recording, "Hazzan Neil Blumofe." We accompany him on a few tracks and Mark even got to sing some (putting the "harm" in harmony) on one track. He had threatened to call it "Neil Blumofe Sings Sacred Songs of Love," and friends that's just what it is. Neil is a especially gifted transmitter of goodness and positive energy, and you don't even have to be Jewish to be affected by his vibe. Check it out!!

  • Many thanks for News 8 Austin for covering our "Many Cultures, Many Faiths" presentation on 12/7/01 at Agudas Achim. For more information on our guest musicians please visit their web sites and tell them we sent you! If you missed the interview w/ Mark and Cantor Blumofe, look here for the text version.

Recorded utterly live on KUT's Liveset and strangely broadcast on New Years' Eve '00. Reflecting the wide range of Jewish culture in the Austin community, this pan-Judeo musical event finds the band playing along w/ the Congregation Agudas Achim choir under the direction of Khazan Neil Blumofe, folk singer Robbie Sherwin from Congregation Kol Halev, and sephardic singer Galeet Dardashti. Recorded live and with the informal vibe of a great jam session, buy it now on-line at our secure site.

  • Our soundtrack to the silent film classic The Golem has been mastered, and later in the year will be released on video and DVD! Here's more info.
